PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool, top hand II (made of stainless steel) which a handicapped person or a weak-sighted person can use with both hands or one hand without anxiety and safely for opening a bottle, raising up a pull-tab of a can and opening a PET bottle. SOLUTION: In the opening tool, a holding part is formed by folding longitudinal both ends of a stainless steel plate having a near isosceles triangle shape and a hole having an engagement surface with a saw blade shape for a screw cap is provided on the bottom side of the isosceles triangle shape and a tongue for raising the pull-tab is provided on the top side of the isosceles triangle shape and an ellipse hole for a crown cap is provided on the center of the isosceles triangle shape.
