PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of conventionally required maintenance of a bridge, a tunnel and a highway, etc. SOLUTION: An air operation is enabled by installing an overhead wing in a conventional automobile, bus, motorcycle or three-wheeled vehicle, storing a hydraulic mechanism in the wing, operating a hydraulic device by power or a wind force to generate a wind force, floating a vehicle body and utilizing propulsive force by power. In the case of the long vehicle body such as a container, a flying vehicle easily performing an air operation by separating the operation vehicle body from the container, being operated by only an operation flying vehicle and simultaneously towing a cargo truck and a passenger vehicle in the air is provided.
