PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side visor mounting structure allowing exact setting of an installation position of a side visor and simplifying installation work even when the side visor is installed with a double-sided tape. SOLUTION: The side visor 20 is formed so that an upper end portion 21 of the visor in a vehicle longitudinal direction faces a window frame outer surface 2 and it is expanded downward in width. The visor upper end portion 21 is covered with a braid 9. A braid upper end is secured to an upper end of the window frame outer surface 2 and a plurality of latch pawls 25 are provided on a braid lower end in a protruding manner in the vehicle longitudinal direction. A bracket 10 for engagement with the latch pawls 25 is installed on the window frame outer surface 2 to be adjustable of a position in the vehicle longitudinal direction. In a condition that the braid upper end is secured to the upper end of the braided window frame outer surface 2, the visor upper end portion is adhered to the window frame outer surface 2 with the double-faced tape with the latch pawls 25 and pawl insertion holes 27 formed in the side visor 20 aligned and the latch pawls 25 are secured to the bracket 10 aligned in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
