PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for fixing a module such as a galley onto a floor surface of an aircraft to be capable positioning adjustably. SOLUTION: The mounting device 1 is a device for fixing the module G such as the galley onto the floor surface F of the aircraft. A first mounting member 10 is fixed to a nut hole or the like previously prepared in the floor surface F. A second mounting member 20 screws with a screw part 16 of the first mounting member 10. A cylindrical part of a first bush member 30 is inserted into a mounting hole H<SB>1</SB>of the module G. The first bush member 30 has an inner diameter hole eccentric with respect to the cylindrical part. A second bush member 40 has a cylindrical part to be inserted into the inner diameter hole of the first bush member 30 and an eccentric inner diameter hole. A clamping bolt 50 to be inserted into the inner diameter hole of the second bush member 40 can be adjusted in positioning three-dimensionally by turning the second mounting member 20 screwed with the second mounting member and the first and second bush member 30 and 40.
