PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for cards capable of performing a simultaneous changing by selecting a proper working head as well as material tape in corresponding to a variety of cards. SOLUTION: If a manually-operating implement 76 is pulled up, a mounting lever 71 is released of lockup. Then, the mounting lever 71 turns left wise with the centering of a lower spindle, and a tape guide roller 70 for a tape feed roller 68 and a tape pressing roller 69 are released of the pressed state. Simultaneously, a joint link 78, one end of which is supported on the upper part of a joint lever 60 and other end of which is engaged with the mounting lever 71, is pulled and the joint lever 60 turns left wise, then the engagement with the working head 40 is canceled.
