PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously manufacturing a preform of a girder material made of FRP, which enables fixing to be performed in each case only by heating, even if a step associated with forming is divided into a plurality of steps, and which can easily and continuously manufacture the preform mainly composed of only reinforcing fibers. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises: a draw gear 29 and a various types of rollers for conveying a beltlike base material to a base material fixing device 20; a deforming machine 23 for forming a plurality of base materials 2A into an H-shape by bending them; corner filler compression rollers 25 and 25 for embedding a corner filler 5 in a gap between the base materials 2A and 2B; a forming machine for forming a base material group which is composed of the rollers 27 and 27 for laminating the base material 2B on the base material 2A; a welding machine 22 for welding the plurality of laminated base materials 2A, 2A... together by using thermoplastic fibers; and a welding machine 28 for welding a section between the plurality of laminated base materials 2A, 2A... and the base material 2B by using thermoplastic fibers.
