PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution and operation of a sealing structure between a lower turret and a disk support, to improve the function of a scrap rising preventing mechanism and to prevent a machine main body from being damaged in a turret punch press provided with a scrap sucking device constituting the scrap rising preventing mechanism. SOLUTION: A double construction brush-like sealing member 4 in contact with the bottom surface of a lower turret 7 is provided in a disk support 19. Vertically movable disk support covers 19A-19D are provided in the position where is inside the disk support 19 and in which an air hole 3 which communicates with a scrap box 14 is surrounded with the covers and the contacting parts of respective disk support covers 19A-19D with the bottom surface of the lower turret 7 are composed of elastic members 40A-40D. Furthermore, a filter member 27 is attached to an air sucking port 26 on the side of a negative pressure producing device 16 of the scrap box 14 and piping 30 for jetting air to the filter member 27 is provided in the vicinity of the filter member 27.
