The invention relates to a cassette insertable into an irrigation or aspiration machine for endoscopy consisting of an irrigation (1i) or an aspiration tube (1a) and a support (5) provided with one or two inlet plugs (3i, 3a) and one or two outlet plugs (7i, 7a) where two tubes form an elbow (9i, 9a) in order to be connectable to the inlet or outlet plug(s) in an input (E) and output (S) direction of motion, respectively and to form an irrigation (11i) or aspiration (11a) pumping area in the input (E) and output (S) direction of motion. According to said invention, the support (5) comprises a T-shaped guide (13) according to the head of the T for protecting the elbow (9i, 9a) of each tube (1i, 1a) and according to the length of the T body in a slot (19) guiding the tube(s) (1i, 1a) in the output direction (S). Said T-shaped guide (13) extends between one or two inlet plugs (3i, 3a) in order to form the irrigation (11i) or aspiration (11a) pumping area on both sides of the slot (19) between each inlet plug (3i, 3a) and the head of the T. A cassette irrigation or aspiration machine for endoscopy is also disclosed.
