The present invention relates to an eyeglasses with one arm ( 1 ) on the left and on the right side and with on each side one connector element ( 8 ) of a mount ( 7 ), where on the connector element ( 8 ) joint elements ( 11, 13 ) are positioned which work together with joint elements ( 6 ) positioned on the end of the arm ( 1 ) close to the mount, forming a rotary joint. The arm ( 1 ) has on its end close to the mount at least two fingers ( 2, 3 ) in its longitudinal direction, which exert a spring action in the direction of the joint axis of the rotary joint.
