<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power generation performance from being deteriorated by clogging in an electrode caused by sintering, or the like in a cell, and to suppress the separation/cracks of the electrode. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate tube 1, an anode collecting film 2c that becomes a current path is formed for example by NiCrAlY. On the anode collecting film 2c, an anode active layer film 2a for performing reaction is formed, for example by NiO. On the anode active layer film 2a, a solid electrolyte film 3 is formed. On the solid electrolyte film 3, a cathode active layer film 4a for performing reaction is formed, for example by LaMnO<SB>3</SB>.
