<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production history management system capable of analyzing a defect including information about an installation site of an appliance and properly grasping an area of the installation sites affected by the defect. <P>SOLUTION: This production history management system is provided with a production history database 2 in which production information during process processing in one or a plurality of processes for manufacturing and shipping the appliance and an appliance identification code specific to the appliance are registered searchably in association with each other, a production history registration means 3 reading the appliance identification code from a storage medium arranged in a predetermined part of the appliance in each process, acquiring production information during process processing in each process, and associating the appliance identification code and the manufacturing information mutually for each appliance to register them in the production history database 2, and an installation site database 5 in which the appliance identification code or a product code associated with the appliance identification code by one-to-one correspondence and the installation site information of the appliance are stored searchably in association with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
