摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper plate or a copper alloy plate wherein a hollow with high anchoring effect is formed, and a method for manufacturing such products effectively and stably by a continuous press method using a progressive mold. SOLUTION: In the hollowed copper plate or copper alloy plate, a hollow provided with a wall surface having a downward normal line from the horizontal direction is formed on its surface. The plate-like product can be manufactured by the following manner. First, a band-like material is fed into a progressive mold equipped with a plurality of processing stages. Prior to formation of pilot hole for positioning, a slit longer than the diameter of the pilot hole is formed before and after the predetermined position of the pilot hole in a unnecessary area between the product area of the band-like material. Next, the pilot hole is made, and it is used to position the material in a hollowing stage for forming hollows, so that the product can be efficiently manufactured in the order of pressing for forming hollows.
