PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player in which a spring, that is used to press an opening and closing panel toward the direction to close an opening section of a front panel, is easily mounted when the opening and closing panel is to be mounted onto the front panel. SOLUTION: A rib 14 is formed on one of supporting levers 6b with a prescribed interval with respect to a supporting shaft 6c and one end 10a of a spring 10 is constituted to engage with the rib 14 when the spring 10 is mounted to the supporting shaft 14 of the supporting lever 6b. Thus, when the spring 10 is to be mounted onto the supporting shaft 14, the one end 10a of the spring 10 is engaged with the rib 14 and another end 10b can easily be hanged to the back surface of the front panel when the spring 10 is being twisted. Therefore, the mounting work of the spring 10 is made easy and left and right positioning of an opening and closing panel 6 with respect to the front panel is also made easy.
