PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operators illegally cancelling other persons' reservations without permission. SOLUTION: Corresponding to a reservation declaration, reservation information that includes reservation order is stored into a storage area with a reservation number and a reservation cancel number. Subsequently, the reservation order and the reservation number are displayed to notice the reservation status, and a reservation slip recorded with the reservation number and the reservation cancel number is print issued to the user who reserves it. If a user declares reservation cancel, the user is prompted to input a reservation number and a reservation cancel number that only the user who has a reservation slip knows. Then, it is determined whether or not a reservation number and a reservation cancel number, which are corresponding to a declared reservation and stored into the storage area, are the same as that are inputted when the user declares reservation cancel (step S222).
