PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit in which a period is stable regardless of variations of a process, a power voltage and a temperature. SOLUTION: The oscillator circuit of a semiconductor device includes:a reference voltage generation section which generates a reference voltage in accordance with an enable signal and a band gap voltage but changes a voltage level of the reference voltage in order to compensate for a period variation of an internal clock signal caused by external factors; a gate voltage generation section which is driven in accordance with the enable signal to generate a gate voltage via voltage distribution of a power voltage but changes a voltage level of the gate voltage in order to compensate for the period variation of the internal clock signal caused by external factors; and an oscillator section which generates the internal clock signal having a stable period in accordance with the enable signal, the reference voltage and the gate voltage.
