PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a diaphragm of a speaker which is made small in density to have high rigidity and can be widen in generation frequency range from the low frequency range to the high frequency range. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the diaphragm of the speaker which has a foamed structure by dissolving carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas in fused resin made of a thermoplastic macromolecular material capable of being molded by high speed injection, the diaphragm being in five-layer structure of 1st and 2nd skin layers 3a and 3b on one surface side and the other surface side, 1st and 2nd cylindrical alignment fine foamed layers 2a and 2b which have foaming shapes arranged inside the 1st and 2nd skin layers 3a and 3b in parallel to the flowing direction of the resin and are twice as long as a foaming diameter, and a reinforcing foamed layer 1 of a core part which reinforce forming directions inside the 1st and 2nd alignment fine foamed layers 2a and 2b.
