PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold spot stimulation device capable of continuously and quantitatively giving cold stimulation without feeling pain. SOLUTION: The device has a cooling pad section 5 having a Peltier element 8 for cooling the cold point of a living body and a heat radiating pad section 6 for warming a waist portion in a pad base 4, and cools the cold point giving the cooling heat by the heat exchanging action by the Peltier element 8 through a pad 7 by energizing the Peltier element 8 by a control section 12. Further, the device absorbs the heat generated by the heat exchanging action using a water circulation path 11a, delivers the heat from a water circulation path 11 to a water circulation path 11b near the heat radiating pad 6 and radiates the heat from a pad 9 to the waist portion.
