PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that power is required to close an inner cover for opening/closing the opening of an outer tub due to repulsion of a packing, and a burden is imposed on a user. SOLUTION: When the inner cover 100 is tilted and pressed, a catching piece 120a of a locking cam 120 catches a locking piece 134 of an inner cover drawing mechanism 130 provided on the outer tub 11 side, and a switch 135 is on. At the time, the apparently closed inner cover 100 has the packing 140 not firmly pressed and brings about low water sealing property. When operation is started by pressing of a start key, a torque motor is operated, and a wire 24 is drawn to turn a movable engagement body 133. The inner cover 100 is drawn in the closing direction through the locking piece 134 and the locking cam 120, and the packing 140 is pressed by a peripheral hanging end 100a to achieve high water sealing property.
