PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing type double-sided fish roaster which makes it possible to easily arrange a fish in a vertical direction and to roast both sides of the fish while preventing burning of fish oil and eliminating need for filling a receiving tray with water, to use a fish support without preheating, and to clean the roaster easily. SOLUTION: At least a pair of heaters 2 is vertically arranged with a specified space in between inside a fish roaster body 1. The fish support 3 having fish fitting tools 4 is removably and vertically arranged between the heaters 2. An opening and closing door 5 is fitted to a lateral face of the fish roaster body 1. A plurality of guide rails 6 are arranged in an upper part between the heaters 2. Rollers are fitted to an upper part of the fish support 3 so as to slide in the guide rails 6. Preferably, many pins having sharp edges and bent into V or U shapes are used as the fish fitting tools 4. Preferably, heat reflecting plates 8 are fitted to the fish roaster body 1 or an inner wall of the opening and shutting door 5, and the receiving tray 9 is removably arranged in its lower part.
