PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush handle which has strength (rigidity) equivalent to polypropylene widely used as a toothbrush handle material and is excellent in both of flexibility and heat-resistance, of which the broken surface does not become sharp even when being broken, and for which a plant-derived biodegradable resin usable in comfort is used. SOLUTION: The toothbrush handle is constituted of the biodegradable resin for which a polylactic acid based biodegradable resin and polybutylene succinate (PBS) which is an aliphatic polyester based biodegradable resin whose main components are 1,4-butanediol and succinic acid are polymer-blended, and the plant-derived one is used as the polybutylene succinate (PBS) which is the aliphatic polyester based biodegradable resin. The polylactic acid based biodegradable resin and the polybutylene succinate (PBS) are blended by the ratio (weight ratio) of 50:50-95:5, and a viscous mineral in an ultrafine particle shape of a nanoorder is added as a filler.
