TAPE REMAIN REMOVING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape remain removing apparatus with which the tape remain stuck on the surface of a resin core is removed. SOLUTION: The resin cores S are sent one after another and movable supporting members 11A, 11B are moved correspondingly to the length of the resin core S to support both ends of the resin core S. The supported positions are detected by limit switches 16A and 16B to fix the movable range of a movable table 22. The movable table 22 moves from one end part side to another end part side of the resin core S rotating at a normal rotation speed to press a cleaning brush 13 rotating at a high speed to the surface of the resin core S while spraying steam from a steam spray nozzle 12 to the surface of the core. The tape remain is efficiently removed to clean the resin core S because the cleaning brush 13 is brought into contact with the tape remain, the adhesion strength of which is lowered by the sprayed steam, while rotating at a high speed.
