PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need for an operation on cancer, to avoid a side effect and to completely cure the cancer, viral/bacterial infectious diseases. SOLUTION: This treatment instrument internally cures an affected site by passing through blood vessels and does not require an operation. Furthermore, as the instrument destroys only cells having an abnormal DNA or RNA, it does not destroy normal cells and does not cause a side effect. The instrument passes through blood vessels in the whole body and can cure no matter where cancerous cells, viruses or bacteria are.
