PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage quality of rice by improving the cooling efficiency of a rice chest by smoothly circulating cool air cooled by a cooler around the outside of the rice chest storing rice in a refrigeration rice chest to store rice in a rice chest. SOLUTION: The rice chest 3 to store rice in a housing 1, the inside of which is covered with an insulating material 2, is installed, and a cooled space 5 is formed outside of the rice chest 3, air to cool the cooled space 5 is cooled by a cooler 6, the cool air is circulated in the cooled space 5 by a circulation fan 7. The cooled space 5 forms a closed space in which cool air cooled by the cooler 6 flows upward on the rear wall of the rice chest 3 and branches to both the sides of the rice chest 3 and flows to the front, flows in the lower part of the rice chest 3 and reaches the cooler 6.
