<p>The arm (16) is attached to holder (18) by means of a magnetic holding unit (22), and released by exceeding a loading limit on the arm. The attachment unit (10) includes plates (20, 24) associated with the holder and arm; they are made of ferromagnetic material. A projecting magnet (26, 28) is fastened to each plate. The magnets interlock mechanically together, such that the plates cannot slide relative to each other. Five such magnets may be used on one plate, with two on the other, in an interlocking arrangement.</p> |
