Rotary knife

The rotary cutter is designed as a sickle blade (1) or circular blade with a cutting face (3) which has different sized blades starting from the cutting edge (2) and ending in the inclined flat part (4). An alternating sequence of the blades produces a corrugated surface structure. The number, sequence and angular measurements of the cutting angles are determined in dependence on the substance being cut.
