Filling material (3), especially for filling cavities, particularly in structural elements, consists of particles (2) which are at least partly coated with a reactive duroplastic (1) which is not fluid in the unreacted state at room temperature. Independent claims are also included for (1) a method for the production of material (3) by coating particles (2) with duroplastic (1) in a centrifugal mixer (2) a method for the production of (3) by coating (2) with (1) at a temperature such that the viscosity of (1) is in the range 20-50 Pa.s (3) a structural element (4) with a cavity which is at least partly filled with (3) (especially hardened (3)) .
