<p>Disclosed herein is a free-call certificate service system. The free-call certificate service system is capable of returning a portion of the price for online/offline product purchase or fee for online/offline service use to a customer in the form of a free-call certificate, which allows the customer to conduct a telephone conversation free of charge up to a predetermined amout of money or for a predetermined period of time, as a reward for the product purchase or service use, so as to reduce the customeraCOEs burden of communication cost and thus enable the customer to enjoy a more tangible reward service.</p> |
