The system, designed for use in an opening with a fixed (10) and opening (12) frame with a through cavity (18) above the fixed frame, consists of an air extractor (20) with a variable-speed fan (22) inside a housing with interior (24) and exterior (26) sections, and a power supply (32, 34, 37) for the fan. The housing sections can be dismantled, the inner one having an air intake, and the outer one a non-return system. A filter (28) can also be fitted inside the inner section.
