A self-lock antislip adjusting buckle 1 that comprises buckle body and a self-lock horizontal bar 2. Sliding channels 3 may be provided symmetrically at the side of the said buckle body 1 and the two edges of the said self-lock horizontal bar may be plugged in sliding channels 3. The two edges 5 of the said self-lock horizontal bar may be smooth edges.
