摘要 <p>A bending device for Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) is disclosed. The conventional bending device has such a problem as inferior constriction at a portion of the bulb to be bent, since the rotation block both rotates and bends the bulb, while the portion of the bulb is heated by a heating block. In the event, it occurs an inferior lightning due to clogging a discharge path in the bulb. Moreover, the productivity is getting decreased by bending the bulb one by one. The present invention, as shown in the Figs. 3 through 11, comprises a guide block (40) guiding the bulb (11) installed at the upholding bracket (22); a heating block (50) heating the bulb (11) guided by the guide block (40), while being made a round movement by a moving reversible motor (51); a bending block (70) being rotated by a rotating member (60), while taking the other side of the bulb (11) heated by the heating block (50); an elevating member (80) being installed at both sides of the guide block (40) and the heating block (50) so as to adjust an elevating height based on the diameter of the bulb (11); a light sensor unit A (90) controlling an operation of both the guide block (40) and the heating block (50); an encoder (64) controlling an operation of the rotating member (60); and, a light sensor unit B (95) protecting mal-function of the bending block (70). Therefore, the reliability of bending workability is obtained and the productivity of CCFL is also much improved by bending a plurality of bulbs.</p>
