A shower tray is provided associated closely with an enclosed vessel 24 into which vessel the used shower water drains via an inlet path 4 before passing out of the vessel via a drain path 5. The drain path 5 is substantially in-line with the inlet path 4, and the cavity of the vessel 24 is substantially not in-line with the inlet and drain paths. The used shower water is induced to flow in a controlled manner substantially throughout the vessel's cavity and a flow-separating member 10 is provided in the vessel between the inlet 4 and drain 5 paths. The flow-separating member 10 defines a separate flow path on its each side, that is a flow path on the one side for the used shower water that has yet to pass substantially through the vessel and on the other side for the used shower water that has already passed substantially through the vessel. |
