FIELD: medicine, neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting latent pathological twisting nature of vertebral arteries. The method in question deals with obtaining magneto-resonance pictures of vessels at median sagittal position of patient's head. Moreover, additionally, one should fulfill magneto-resonance angiograms of vertebral arteries after maximal dextral turn of patient's head followed by maximal sinister turn of patient's head. By appearance of vascular twisting and vascular narrowing on magneto-resonance angiograms obtained after performing one of the above-mentioned head's turns it is possible to state upon the pathology of vertebral arteries. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 2 dwg
