FIELD: the invention refers to agriculture, food, chemical, metallurgy industries particular to machines for separation of dry substances' fractions that differ according to particles' sizes. ^ SUBSTANCE: the centrifugal grate separator has a frame, a drive, a central shaft with fixed on it carriers; cylindrical riddles installed on the carriers with possibility of changing an angle of inclination relatively to the axle of the central shaft and making complex rotation movement relatively to its axle and relatively to the axle of the central shaft; a bunker, a rotating distributor of separating material. The carriers are fulfilled in the shape of a front and a rear discs in which bearing supports of the cylindrical riddles are installed. At that on the rear disc there are openings for fastening of flanges of the rear bearing supports of the riddles allowing to change an angle of inclination of the riddles relatively to the axle of the central shaft and on the front disc there is a distributor of separating material whose accepting part is fulfilled in the shape of a cone socket with sleeves having cylindrical throats incoming in the cylindrical riddles. The riddles' drive is fulfilled in the shape of wedge-belt transmissions with guiding rollers and a leading pulley which is installed on the bearings on the central shaft and firmly connected with the frame, and the central shaft is fulfilled horizontal. ^ EFFECT: reduces labor-consumption at changing riddles, simplification of the drive's construction and also increases reliability of the separator. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
