FIELD: gastroenterology and neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is destined for use in diagnostics of various-genesis esophageal diseases: both primary-muscular damage of muscles and damage of muscles caused by disorders of central esophageal muscle work control. Method is characterized by performing integrated diagnostics of gastrointestinal dysfunctions. In this case, patient is subjected to transcranial magnetic stimulation of the zone of motor cortical representation of esophagus. Simultaneously, electromyogram of esophageal muscles, muscular response, and latent time are registered by means of myography and manometry at segmental levels. ^ EFFECT: expanded diagnostic possibilities of one-stage examination of esophagus by way of differentiating neuromuscular damages of esophagus, central and peripheral mechanisms of regulating gastrointestinal dysfunctions. ^ 5 dwg |
