FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of confectioneries decorated with semi-finished cream masses, which may used as independent products. ^ SUBSTANCE: confectionery product is made in the form of cream mass produced by mixing of cream with 40% vodka, with said components being used in the ratio of 4:5; rubbing yolks with sugar; whipping for 20 min and adding resultant cream and vodka mixture and thickener. ^ EFFECT: wider range of products and unique gustatory qualities of confectioneries based on natural products. |
