FIELD: food processing, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes prepared raw material two step extraction with carbon dioxide (CO2) at elevated pressure and temperature. In the first step extraction is carried out using liquid CO2 (in subcritical state) at 10-15 MPa and 10-30°C for 15-60 min. In the second step extraction is carried out using liquid CO2 (in above-critical state) at 15-40 MPa and 40-50°C for 30-60 min followed by distillation of CO2. As raw materials plant and animal originated raw materials are used, wherein starting raw materials have particle size of 0.5-0.8 mm. ^ EFFECT: method for isolation of extractive substances with increased yield; decreased cost of end product. ^ 6 ex |
