FIELD: surgical tools used for processing of bone tissue. ^ SUBSTANCE: surgical instrument comprises casing with working cavity having threaded profile, and handle with end pins for placing of bone implant. Handle has detachable guide positioned on end pins for axial displacement and clamping of bone implant to handle end. Guide has external thread mating with threaded profile of working cavity, which is made in the form of successively arranged coaxial openings defining therebetween identical steps. The greatest opening has diameter smaller than external diameter of threaded profile, and the smallest opening has diameter equal to internal diameter of threaded profile. ^ EFFECT: improved cooperation of surgical instrument working parts with bone and increased efficiency of surgical intervention. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
