FIELD: biotechnology, in particular production of new probiotic preparation based on bacteria of genus Bacillus useful in prophylaxis and treatment of invective diseases in animals and poultry. ^ SUBSTANCE: New strains B.subtilis 07 and B.licheniformis 09 have wide range of antagonistic activity, high proteolytic and amylase activity, and lysozyme producing ability without competition. Furthermore said strains have synergic action, namely are capable to increase antagonistic action of biopreparation. Biopreparation contains effective amount of strains Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis and protective medium. Optionally biopreparation contains solvent and/or filler. Biopreparation has higher antagonistic activity in relation to wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and is resistant to various antibiotics. Claimed preparation inhibits pathogenic Escherichia, provides optimal microbial balance in digestive tract, increases non-specific animal resistance and is useful in treatment of diarrhoea, prophylaxis of dysbacteriosis, and antimicrobial therapy due to strain chromosome resistance to antibiotics. ^ EFFECT: high effective biopreparation for breeding of domestic animals and poultry. ^ 12 cl, 8 tbl, 9 ex |
