FIELD: meteorology; artificial control of weather conditions in regions. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method ensures change of intensity of solar energy flux to ground surface. Proposed method is based on spraying aerosol particles in near-ground space. Prior to spraying aerosol particles, concentration of electrical particles at different altitudes above ground is measured; spraying is performed at altitude where concentration of electrical particles exceeds 103 1/cm3. Aerosol particles charged with electrical charges entrap molecules from surrounding space at dipole moment, water for example, and cloud of aerosol particles interacting with solar energy flux is formed, thus changing its intensity on ground surface. Concentration of aerosol particles, area of space of their spraying and altitudes are set depending on meteorological situation, sizes of region being served and characteristics of available equipment. Proposed method is based on use of corpuscular particles (protons, electrons etc.) whose considerable concentration is noted in upper layers at altitudes exceeding 30 km. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
