FIELD: synthetic rubber industry; devices for production of general mechanical rubber products. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the synthetic rubber industry and production of general mechanical rubber products, in particular, to production and processing of synthetic rubber and the compounded systems on the synthetic rubber base. The device for granulation of elastomers contains a screw extruder, a cutting tool and a profiling head, made in the form of an external and internal spinneret plates with holes and a conical protrusion. The holes of both spinneret plates are arranged coaxially along the deploying from the center of the plates to the equiangular spirals with a decreasing from the center to peripheral density of the holes arrangement. The spinneret plates are supplied with the inserts installed in the holes of the plates and consisting each of two parts. At that one part of the insert is mounted in the internal spinneret plate, and other part is installed in the external spinneret plate. The part of the insert installed in the internal spinneret plate contains a converging channel. The part of the insert mounted in the external spinneret plate has a diffuser channel with the ratio of the diameter of the outlet hole of the diffuser to a minimal top diameter of the channel as D/d = 1.05-1.3 and the length amounting to 25-75 % from a total length of the convergent and the diffuser channels. The convergent and the diffuser channels are made in the form of the truncated elliptic paraboloids with their vertexes facing each other.
