FIELD: meat industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has tunnel chamber, overhead track, water supply pump, water cooler and fans secured on lateral side. Welded to internal immovable framework opposite fans is fairing for forming turbulent boundary layer near surface of sausage product. Pipe line with injectors is mounted above fans.
