The device has a freezing circuit (1) in which a copper coil is installed. The coil has ends with gate valves followed by a three speed water circulator, and a fill opening for supplying an antifreeze circuit. The ends of the coil are branched on central water heating circulation systems (6, 7). The circuit (1) reduces the temperature of the circulating water below the freezing point for cooling ambient air of a room.
