The method involves assuring cohesion of a set of decorative units of a lamp shade by coating of X transparent varnish layers, where the units are of any nature or with any thickness. A single usage paper mold is fixed during the assembling phase inside a metallic structure of the lamp shade. The mold is coated with a caramel layer on the outer side. The caramel layer is covered after the varnish layers are cooled.
