The device has a movable arm (4) whose pivoting axle (17) is situated at right of an anti-underrun bar (18) that is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of a motor truck. A skid plate (19) forming a part of an anti-underrun beam is placed on a cylindrical part housing a guiding unit of a turret. An upper part of articulation of the arm is maintained, by a lug hooked on a crosspiece situated in front of vertical plane containing the bar. An independent claim is also included for a motor truck for transporting concrete and including anti-underrun bumper.
