The assembly has a case closing lid (3) associated to a rotating case (2) using a complementary release and fixation unit comprising a hollow piston (4) concentrically disposed in a hole of the lid. The piston has a hole in which an end of the case is housed. The case has a base (6) contacting with the piston in a manner to provoke the liberalization of the piston from the case with respect to the lid.
