PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable resin composition excellent in heat resistance and humidity resistance and also in transparency. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable resin composition comprises (A) 3-ethyl-3-(phenoxymethyl)oxetane represented by structural formula (1), (B) a liquid epoxy resin represented by general formula (2), and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.
