PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic settled the problems that, as a kind of foundation cosmetics, that having floating pigment-containing capsules in a gel is provided, which cosmetic gives beautiful appearance and so is in vogue, but the cosmetic is unapplicable to foundations comprising powder materials (face powder) and anywise gives feelings of capsules and contents and thereby causes unfavorable feelings, and thereby keeping good appearance and poshness of the cosmetic product while relieved in several defects. SOLUTION: This foundation cosmetic comprises a composition comprising a powder material for foundation as an effective ingredient, and is obtained by floating many almost spherical foundation particles porous as a whole in a gel liquid.
