PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an immunoglobulin preparation, containing a heat treatment step for an immunoglobulin solution and being simpler and reduced in aggregate. SOLUTION: This method for producing the immunoglobulin preparation comprises a step for heat-treating an immunoglobulin-containing aqueous solution in a protein concentration of≤3(w/v)% in the presence of a stabilizer in an amount of≥10 (w/v)% at pH 5.2±0.5 in 0.01-1 mSi conductivity, a step for carrying out isoelectric fractional treatment and/or anionic exchange treatment under conditions of pH 7-9 and 0.01-1 mSi conductivity, and further as necessary, a step for adjusting pH of the treated liquid to 6-7 and filtering the treated liquid by using a porous membrane having 1-100 nm average pore diameter.
