PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device capable of conveying an object to be conveyed without applying partial excessive force. SOLUTION: This conveyance device is provided with conveyance parts 11, 12, 13 whose at least a part of a surface is formed by an elastic material and which are provided with a plurality of medium passages for letting a medium pass capable of expanding and contracting freely and a medium pressure control means 14 for controlling pressure of a medium supplied to each medium passage in the conveyance parts, respectively, and generating conveyance waves on the surfaces of the conveyance parts by enlarging or contracting diameter of the medium passage.
