PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a punching means with a simple structure capable of performing punching processing at different kinds of punching modes in which some holes are commonly used. SOLUTION: A second shaft driven through a one-way clutch and a first shaft transmitted with normal/reverse rotation are connected to a normal/reverse rotatable rotation driving means and a punching blade is driven by rotation of the first and second shafts.
